We have made every effort to display colors and textures of the products appear as accurately as possible on the Website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.

Please note, leather is a natural material and a slight variation is bound to appear in each item. Scratches and marks on the leather surface are a part of the characteristics of the material. They do not qualify as defects. Some of the products with metal fittings might tarnish or lose its shine over time due to weather conditions and usage. These are changes which occur due to the varied use and handling of the product by the customer and cannot be held against the manufacturers.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 7-10 working days of placing the order. Please note, Kaeros Exclusive and Runway Edit pieces may take up to 2-3 weeks. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with the shipping details and tracking number from our delivery partner. You could go to ‘Track Order’ and determine the status of your order using your respective tracking number. Please note that estimated delivery schedules are to be used as a guide only.

In case a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by the customer (i.e. wrong name, wrong address or any wrong information), the additional cost of redelivering the order will be charged to the customer.

Items you buy from Kaeros are non-returnable unless you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product details page on our Website. Kaeros acknowledges return of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online on our Website.

Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation or has a manufacturing defect must be notified by email or other electronic mode of communication within 24 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a strict time period of one week, else Kaeros will not be liable to accept the product. In such cases, the customer will have to write to hello@kaeros.co with a valid proof of the defect and a prompt response is guaranteed from our end. We will investigate the damage and repair or replace the product in entirety.

All couriers of this nature will be borne by the customer themselves. Kaeros will only bear the expenses of the courier after the repair or replacement of the product.

Only one coupon code or gift card can be used per transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with another coupon code or gift card respectively. Offers runs till stock lasts. Duration of promotion is in the sole discretion of Kaeros and it reserves the right to extend or terminate the promotional offer, without further information at any point of time. The products can be removed/changed/added under the offer category. It will be in sole discretion of Kaeros International. All offer codes apply to full price products only.
